Photopolymer Plates - Art Engraving in Reading, PA

The photopolyer plates we stock are available in .067, .107 and .250 thicknesses. Other thicknesses are avaible upon request. They can be used for many different flexographic applications and used with oil or water based inks. The maximum plate size for photopolyer is 30" x 40".

Photopolymer plates can be used for many applications. Our nylon printight plates are available in standard thicknesses up to .080 in either mylar or metal backing. We stock KF152 and KM152, however other thicknesses are available upon request. They can be directly substituted for metal plates and are useful in many other letterpress or dry offset applications. The chart below shows the many uses that Photopolymer plates have in the Flexographic printing industry.
